Book a session or programme
I provide tailored, flexible coaching sessions and programmes.
Typically, those who are new to coaching book a coaching explore or focus session before embarking on a longer term programme.
My sessions and programmes
- Coaching Focus – a 60 minute one-to-one coaching session
- Coaching Explore – a 3 hour one-to-one coaching deep dive immersive experience
- Mind and Mastery Programme – 8 x 60 minute coaching sessions, typically over 3-6 months
I work with you to help create independence rather than dependency. However, some clients find it beneficial to have longer term support.
Depending on your needs and the coaching programme you embark on, I can provide on-going support as a thought partner and someone to hold you accountable for your progress.
We can create a bespoke plan to dedicate regular focus time and attention to your personal development with your desired goal in mind.
