What is Rapid Transformational Therapy™

RTT® is a hybrid therapy perfect for those who are looking for more instant results rather than longer term counselling or talking therapies. a method pioneered by Marisa Peer, voted Britain’s top Therapist, seeing amazing results globally. RTT® is a new standalone therapy which combines NLP, CBT and latest neuroscientific research. It changes the way in which we use our mind, controlling the perceptions and patterns that dictate our attitude and behaviour to stimuli that we may face in our everyday life. Often rooted in the subconscious beliefs we have about ourselves or our situations, RTT can eliminate these unhelpful patterns, blocks and beliefs. Learn more about the Hypnotherapy I provide.

What does hypnotherapy feel like?

Hypnosis takes you into a deep state of relaxation, a sleep of the nervous system where your conscious and active mind rests and allows your subconscious to be accessed. You are receptive in this state of relaxation and this receptivity is what we use to change the pictures and meanings that you have attributed to certain events in your life. Sometimes the memories you have may have been locked away for a long time and you will recall things that you have previously forgotten.  Clients often report a deep feeling of relaxation, calmness and sometimes a little sleepy yet also feeling refreshed and energised after hypnosis. Some memories that we access could relate to sad or traumatic events, but it is important to know that you are not re-living those events, only reviewing them in a safe environment so that you can understand what is the root cause of the current difficulty experienced.  By understanding them, we can address and change the meaning that you have attached to the event or experience.  If you’re not sure if hypnotherapy is for you, my blog may help What is Hypnotherapy and how does it work’.

Will Rapid Transformational Therapy™ bring up unwanted memories?

Everything that has ever happened to you is stored in your subconscious or your conscious memory, and hypnosis is a way to look at these, and to take away any influence that they have over your behaviour now.  It can be that you look at memories of events that you haven’t accessed for a long time, or that you have suppressed, and they are now controlling or influencing your life in a negative, unhelpful or self-limiting way.  The hypnosis enables you to deal safely and effectively with these and turn them into a source of great positive power and strength, so that they no longer control your life and you are free of them.

How soon will I feel the benefit of Rapid Transformational Therapy™?

Each person’s lived experience is unique as is the way they respond to therapy. Some clients notice a difference immediately, others it takes time to notice.  A bespoke audio recording of the hypnosis is created for you to listen to as often as you wish, recommended to be at least once a day for 21 days consecutively to support a long lasting positive change. The recording is a fundamental aspect of forming new helpful habits and neural pathways.

How long is an RTT session?

Typically the actual hypnotherapy session will last 2 hours. A client intake session will take place prior to the actual session. The client intake session is typically 60mins.

The Hypnotherapy I offer is Rapid Transformational Therapy. I provide RTT Explore and a RTT Focus package.

What is Co-active coaching?

What’s different about co-active coaching to other forms of coaching? The co-active approach is not about problem solving although problems will be solved. It is not primarily about improving performance, attaining goals, or achieving results although all of that will certainly happen over time in an effective co-active relationship. Co-active coaching is about discovery awareness and choice. It is a highly effective way of empowering people to find their own answers, encouraging & supporting them on the path as they continue to make important choices. It is not a passive experience, as a co-active coach assumes strength and capability, not weakness, helplessness or dependence. Every situation has possibilities and that people really do have the power of choice. It connects deeply at a wholly human level.

Can I book a combination of in-person and online sessions?

Absolutely. I offer hybrid Coaching and Therapy services. You can choose face to face, online or a combination of both. I provide both Coaching and Therapy in Maidenhead, Berkshire, in London and surroundings and online sessions worldwide via Zoom.

How long is a coaching session?

This depends on the coaching session or programme you choose. I offer a Coaching Focus 60 minute session, Coaching Explore 3 hr session and Mind and Mastery long term programmes which involve 60 minute sessions and a longer intake session.

What type of coaching do you offer?

I typically provide Life Coaching and Executive Coaching.

I offer bespoke tailored Coaching sessions and programmes, however typical sessions and programmes include –

Coaching Focus: a 60 minute one-to-one coaching session.

Coaching Explore: a 3hr one-to-one coaching deep dive immersive experience.

Mind and Mastery Coaching Programme: Typically, 8 x 60 minute coaching Sessions across 3-6 months.

Mind and Mastery Enhanced Coaching Programme: Typically, 12 x 60 min Coaching Sessions across 12 months and up to 3 Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions.

Soul Stroll – This is a deeply personal immersive and reflective coaching experience outdoors in nature, in Berkshire.

Do I need coaching or therapy?
